At Grant Construction and Remodeling, we are a dedicated team led by a husband-and wife duo, Jennifer and Jim Grant, who have a deep-rooted passion for enhancing homes in Dallas. Our icon is a swoop dormer. The significance of this icon is that it is a complicated framing detail, which takes capable tradesmen to do it successfully. Our residential additions and residential renovation is completed by the best in class subcontractors at every level. If it wasn't difficult... everyone would be doing it. Before relocating from Phoenix, Arizona to Dallas, we fell in love with the vibrant culture and
community of Dallas while cheering on our children in their collegiate athletic pursuits at Texas A&M and Baylor. With a
